Are they in the reading options?  Read automatically is definitely on but don't 
see anything about reading Payne.

I've been using WLM since about February or March of this year  would there be 
a later version which  might have improved and if so how do I update?

Mandy, what options did you adjust? I have the read automatically on, 
reading pain off, and that's all. what else did you do, if anything? Jima
