No, not a good idea.

The best way to know is to go to a site which lists and allows you to search for various items that are in the startup list. That way, you won't accidentally disable your sound driver or anti-virus program.

A good database where you can search for startup files and find out whether they can be safely disabled is

Take my advice, I don't use it anyway.

Uncheck them one item at a time. That way, if you have problems, you know which one to turn back on. But I would guess that all could be unchecked without problems.
