Hi David, At our agency we were using versions of JAWS ranging from 7 through 10. When we upgraded to Office 2007, the problems were endless. Once we upgraded to JAWS 11, there were significant improvements, with a few new issues in Outlook. However, the last 2 updates to JAWS 11 seemed to have cleared up most of them. Many of us are continuing to have issues with JAWS loosing focus when coming out of the Ribbon when in an Outlook message, but this is minor compared to the problems we were having with earlier versions of JAWS.
