Hi Victoria, That's probably because there's nothing to it.
Just ensure that you have jaws version 10 or higher installed first and then just press enter and follow the prompts on the executable of the solo direct voice you want to install. Then just create your preferred profiles via the adjust voices menu from within the jaws contextual menu, under options, voices.
