[JAWS-Users] new install jaws 11 reads "blank" when routing jaws to pc

I know there is a fix for this, but I can't remember what it is.  
When I route jaws to pc I get no information.  It just says 
"blank".  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  BTW, this is a 
brand new laptop.
