Hello Prateek,

Use CTRL+Shift+N to apply the normal style to selected text.

Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Request further explanation on heading and style hot
key combos for MS Word

Hello.

A lister earlier today offered control alt 1/2/3 to instantly turn
highlighted /selected text to headings 1, 2 and 3 styles respectively.

Are there sim hot key combos to turn any text to Normal style with outline
level body text? I ask this specifically as when I check the font of some
text in a typical word based report I create for work, I hear Normal style
and outline level body text amongst the other info JAWS speaks out.

Thx.No

Prateek
