According to the email in response to my questions about headings you should
also include the control key. So, it should be control + alt + 1, or 2, or

What am I doing wrong? I open up "WORD" but when I press Alt plus 1, 2, or
3, I go to "System Restore." The odd thing is that though I do have an
icon for System Restore, I don't ever recall having assigned a hot key for
this icon.
