Well I ended up getting it to work once. Now though everytime I invoke the
key stroke control + alt + 1 it takes me to Jaws 11 demo options. I figured
out the problme the first time and I changed the hot key to the letter j but
now it continues to take me to Jaws 11 options. It changes the text on the
screen but it does not say heading or anything to that nature. IDK.
Hopefully someone will have the answer for us.

My mistake. My message should have read as follows.
What am I doing wrong? I open up "WORD" but when I press Alt plus Control
plus 1, 2, or 3, I go to "System Restore." The odd thing is that though I
do have an icon for System Restore, I don't ever recall having assigned a
hot key for this icon.
