Friends,
the problems have now been fixed. The headings issue was user error. I changed
the hotkey on desktop icon on Jaws 11 however, I did not change the hot key in
Jaws 11 on the programs page. i did not find a technical fix for the paragraph
marked issue but I was able to cut and paste the material in a new document and
go from there. I ended up getting into the paragraph marked i believe by
pressing control shift "O" or alt shift "O". . I don't know but hopefully I
don't make that mistake in the future.
