Are you sure you installed the correct version? They have a 32-bit and a
64-bit version. You hopefully didn't inadvertently select the wrong one.

What's wrong with JAWS 12? Running fine on Windows 7 32 bit. Anyway
uninstall JAWS only unless you do not have any other Freedom
Scientific products installed.
