Greg, I have a funny feeling that the Beta version of Jaws 12 was not
written with 64 bit machines in mind. That's a feature available only in
fully licensed versions.
I'd recommend 2 procedures.

1. Uninstall your Jaws 12 Beta but retain the .exe file if you have saved
it.

2. Activate the Compatibility Wizard if you're using Windows 7 and then tab
to the list of programs. If that Jaws isn't there, press Enter on the "Not
Listed" option and then follow the steps to locate that particular file.
There is no guaranty that this will work but it does and the success rate is
amazingly frequent. If that doesn't work, you'll have to wait for the full
version.

3. Now if you downloaded the Beta from the web site, you'll have to try
saving it this time instead of running it directly from the site.

Good luck. I have a 64 bit system and sometimes, it drives me crazy.

Hello,
I installed JAWS12 beta on my Asus Windows seven 64bit laptop and I now keep
getting the blue screen of death. It only started after I installed JAWS
12.
