Hello Ann Marie,

I did a recording a couple months ago for one of my clients concerning using
Windows Media Player 12 for ripping a CD. If you would like to go through
the file, I have included a link to it later in this message. The recording
is certainly not professional quality but I have removed any reference to my
client from the file. I did not get into working with the metadata in
Windows Media Player. The setting of ripping options was included, but once
that has been done the options are remembered by Windows Media Player for
any subsequent ripping. There very well might be other and better ways to
do the ripping with Windows Media Player 12, and certainly with other
programs, but I found the way discussed in the recording to be an easy way
to get the ripping done. The following link goes to my SkyDrive page where
you can choose the download link to start downloading the file.

Take care.
