Hello Melissa, I am not sure from reading your message if you are no longer using Outlook 2007. If you are now using Outlook 2010 then you can use Alt followed by H followed by A followed by V to open the HTML message in your browser. Also, I have noticed that some of the quick navigation keys don't seem to work in HTML formatted messages in Outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010. You can list links using JAWS key F7, list headings using JAWS key F6 and fields using JAWS key f5. You can also use CTRL+down and up arrow keys for moving by paragraphs instead of P and shift+p. When you use Alt followed by H followed by A followed by V, you are navigating to the lower part of the ribbon under the message tab and activating the Actions button followed by the "view in browser" button.
Take care. I have asked this question twice before, but got absolutely no responses, not even a "this is not possible" remark. I will try one last time, as this information would aid me greatly. How can I view emails in my browser when they are unreadable because of their html content? In 2007, it used to be alt H followed by X, but this sequence no longer works. I would truly appreciate any help in this matter, as I have found no way around it.
