I forgot to add the first time that I have found that when I open a HTML message in Outlook 2010, JAWS will not read it. If I press JAWSkey+F7 for the links list, JAWS says not in spell checker. But depending on your version of JAWS, this does not always work. You can tab through the ribbon until you get to the actions button dropdown, press space to open it and arrow down to the view in browser button and press space and enter, or once in the actions button dropdown, just press v. If you're using JAWS 12 beta, with the virtual ribbons, you can press Alt+h then arrow down into the lower ribbon until you reach the move group, right arrow once and then arrow down the the actions button, open it and press v.
