Hi I ran across this issue at the beginning of December and reported it to Freedom Scientific. FS escalated this issue to development and assigned a tracking number. But I got a call from FS last week informing me that new support added for later version(s) of Outlook was the cause of the unread status not being read in Outlook 2000, and they will not be able to resolve the problem. I have circumvented the problem by copying the file Microsoft Outlook 2000.jsb from the JAWS Shared Settings folder of JAWS 11 to my JAWS User Settings folder for JAWS 12. Thus far, I have not seen any problems going back to the JAWS 11 scripts for Outlook 2000 in JAWS 12.
