Hi If you copy the JSB file for Outlook 2003 from JAWS 11 to JAWS 12, it should work exactly the same as in JAWS 11. The only thing that could happen is that you could lose any new support that Freedom Scientific has added in JAWS 12, which I doubt they changed anything for Outlook 2003.

FS escalated this issue to development and assigned a tracking number. But I got a call from FS last week informing me that new support added for later version(s) of Outlook was the cause of the unread status not being read in Outlook 2000, and they will not be able to resolve the problem. I have circumvented the problem by copying the file Microsoft Outlook 2000.jsb from the JAWS Shared Settings folder of JAWS 11 to my JAWS User Settings folder for JAWS 12.
