Neither am I all that familiar with adjusting Internet Explorer. As I remember you can use the Jaws cursor when you hear the pop-up sound and move with it to near the top of the screen where there is a place to right click and allow the pop-up and the download however you would be better to go through the Security settings of Internet Explorer I think it is near or at the bottom of the tools Menu. I can't tell you exactly under which tab but it is in the security settings. Enable pop-ups there before you go to the Site to download the application. You might put this out to the general list, I am pretty sure someone will be used to this sort of problem and be able to give more precise instructions.
