not that I know of. You might try adjusting the voice punctuation of jaws.

On a similar subject, JAWS 11 doesn't read the titles in the Property
Sheet. It is just saying, for example "Autonumber Row 5". Is there
anything that needs to be tweaked to get it to read the actual property
name (e.g. ControlSource, Format etc)

I see. Well, that is beyond my scope of experience. I do know that you
can
use old office shortcuts like from offic xp though. Type Alt +o, then
the
old shortcut that belonged to the alt command. Hope that helps, because
access is hard to work with.

Thanks. My colleague, Rikki, is able to use tables OK and can also
create queries (He uses Notepad to type out the raw SQL statements
then
cuts/pastes into a blank query window). The main sticking point at
the
moment is adding controls. He can access the menus to select the
control
but we haven't worked out the keystrokes to add the control to the
form.
CTRL + SHIFT + B just gives an invalid script message.

Yes. I worked with access 2007 in an office course. I found it to be
very
accessible with a few tricks. Except when it came time to make a query
on
the database, then it was jaws cursor all the way.
I was able to make databases, enter data and that was the easy part. I
can't
quite remember the key to jump between the fields. It was kinda like
iTunes
with F6. I'll see if I can play with it again or email someone who
does
know.

Has anyone used JAWS 11 with Access 2007 much? I am currently helping
a
blind colleague to set himself up but some keyboard shortcuts don't
work. For example, in Access 2003 CTRL + SHIFT + B popped up a list
of
controls allowing one to be selected and added automatically to a
form.
This doesn't seem to work in 2007 and we haven't yet worked out what
keystrokes are required to place controls. Any help would be
gratefully
appreciated.
