Hi Alan Why bother with printing it at all?
Open OpenBook and open the pdf file there and OB will do what is needed to read it to you! Just like you get paper stuff through your post to read you just scan it, having the computer copy of something just cuts out the scanning bit. You can print anything you produce to the OpenBook Virtual printer, I'm pretty sure of that but if I'm wrong someone will correct me!
