Hi James; Click on the appropriate link below for the Jaws12.0.525 update for your operating system. After clicking on the appropriate link, tab to save, press spacebar, & save it somewhere you can access it easily. After you have it downloaded run it from your computer.

However, in most cases, each update incorporates the changes which were made in previous versions. So, if you skip an update and try to load the next one in sequence, you'll probably end up with the same situation. I'm not sure about this but I'm reasonably confident that this is how Jaws updates work. My computer would freeze up after closing IE8 or after closing my windows mail program. My computer finally did a restore. This restored me back to jaws 12.0522. When I do a check for updates the new update is back there. When the next update for jaws 12 comes out, can I install it? or do I need to install this troubled version first and then install the next new update? I have emailed FS about this problem.
