Sound like her ISP thinks it is span and is filtering it out.

Hi,
My friend uses Jaws 12 and XP home.
When she receives an email and replies she gets messages.
Then she replies back and receiver gets message.
When receiver sends the same message with same subject she does not
receive the message.
Question is there a setting in OE about same subjects?
