Are you specifically looking for a blind or visually impaired partner? I
think there is a site or two out there for that. I think there may be a
blind singles mailing list as well.
I used match.com years ago and found my girlfriend Beth who I dated for
two years. After we broke up, I used EHarmony, and found Teresa, we are
now married for four and a half years, and have a 15 month old daughter.
So, I feel it worked out pretty well.
EHarmony is not the most accessible site I've used, and the questionnaire
is brutal to get through, but it can be done with some patience, and I
think my outcome was pretty good.
