Hello Tim Thanks for your response. I did go where you suggested and I can "see" the drive and if I activate "populate" I can use the jaws cursor to get info about the size etc. but I can not find a button or menu option for partition or format. Is this something that jaws can not reach? Regards Fanus

Try the control panel, admin tools, computer management. Look for devices and it will show you all internal drives, and let you partition or format. That is how I look for drives, because the myComputer and computer only give format options no control of drive.
