Microsoft also requires it if you want to watch any of their videos. There are 2 things I don't under stand with this though. First how do you get thoughs videos to play, and well, the last time I tried it it said that it didn't support 64 bit systems. Is that true any more? Silverlight is a streaming audio player. Some sites that stream audio require it.
