That would get called much more often than necessary. FocusChangedEvent
gets triggered every time you move around in the application, like pressing
Tab.

I would think that is a good place to start. Also there was at one time a
focused changed event script as well. Thank you for giving me a pointer in
a
positive direction.

I do not have either one of those programs, I am currently using Windows
Live Mail and Thunderbird. WLM overrides / adds new actions to the
DocumentLoadedEvent and AutoStartEvent. I would think adding your
maximize
code to the DocumentLoadedEvent function would make sure that the message
window is maximized just after each message is displayed. The
AutoStartEvent gets called every time focus moves to the application, or
in
other words when the program starts and when switching back to the
application from another application. Adding your maximize code to this
function would assure that the main window is maximized.
If those applications do not use these functions, you can create them
yourself and place your code in those functions.
Good Luck!

2003
I'm only just starting out to find the function in either program that
triggers when a message is opened for reading or composing. If anybody
out
there could make this search a little easier for me by telling me which
function it is I would appreciate it.
The reason is as I understand it auto sizer does not work in windows 7
but
I have had a JAWS function for several years that will perform the
maximize command for me automatically, I just need to know where to place
the code to launch it at the proper time.
The various items in there often enough have cryptic names and so far I
have only been in the source code briefly.
