Hi Fanus, Have you tried an ordinary headset? Not a USB one, because you'd have to configure the settings for that first. Do you think it can be the volume which is muted or turned down. What worries me is that my wife says that there is A picture on the system tray which indicates that no speaker or headphone is plugged in, although my speakers are plugged in. It is an onboard realtech sound card. I tried to activate the windows narator but there is still no speech. Any suggestions will be helpful.
