Hi

The normal JAWS shutdown command of JAWSKey+F4 gives you a confirmation
message before shutting down JAWS and works fine if JAWS is working
properly. The emergency shutdown command of JAWSKey+Windows+F4 is for those
cases when JAWS is not working properly and won't respond to the normal JAWS
shutdown command. I find it useful when I receive the error report message
that JAWS has crashed but didn't really end, or when I am working on a
script and put it into an infinite loop. You can stop JAWS from the task
manager by selecting End Task, but how do you find JAWS when it is not
speaking without sighted assistance?
