I am running windows 7, jaws 12, latest update, and office 2007 on a 64 bit machine. I am posting this here, because I'm not sure if my problem is a jaws issue, or a Microsoft one.
Sometimes, in Windows live mail, 2011, I get a message that says, an unknown error has occurred. Windows live mail cannot open this message, please try again. So I do, and most of the time, it works the second time, but sometimes, that message just won't open at all. That is annoying, because what if it were important? Secondly, sometimes a message just won't delete. I know that shift delete will delete it, but you should be able to just hit delete to get rid of it.
