Hi
It took me most of the day to sort things out on my main computer.
First, I learned how to launch Narrator. Then, I used the help of the
narrator to uninstall JAWS 12 and 11. Next, I down loaded a fresh copy of
JAWS 12 from freedom scientific. After installing the JAWS 12 again
everything is working great!

Hi,
I also attempted to install the new update for j 12 and then jaws was not
reading any mail or documents or websites. I called FS and we just re
installed 12 all over and it worked - so that was what I found out. I
don't know of anything else to do. But I'm using j 11 right now.
