I did the repair as requested. But the business search doesn't work, even
when the download or update went without a problem.

Had the same issue here as well. I did a System Restore to the previous
day. But, that update seems to be flaky at least with my XP Home edition.
The only thing I saw as far as an error message was that there was a
problem with JawsPatch and I should perform a repair. Since my older
version of Jfw 12 was running fine, I elected not to do that until I got
more feedback on the new release's performance. But, since I couldn't see
any menu options with Jaws, I had to use Window-Eyes to do the system
restore.

Hi
I installed the latest JAWS up date
for JAWS 12. Instantly I was unable to do any thing on the internet. Sadly
before I new what was going on I had up dated all three of my computers. I
had to revert back to JAWS 11 on this computer and even this took sighted
assistance. So, I am left wondering what happened to JAWS 12? Also, How
will I know when it is safe to go back to JAWS 12?
I appreciate any help you can give me.
