The only real issue I'm experiencing is with Google Reader in Firefox. It always takes a couple of tries with the spacebar or enter button to activate a link and for whatever reason, on that particular page, Jaws will start off after it loads by saying "application mode on" and behave as though the virtual cursor has been turned off. Doing a quick insert+z command will fix it, but it can be a little annoying. As far as Excel and other applications, no real big problems that I can think of.
