Like you, I am abel to log onto Chase.com just fine with my user-ID and
password. It takes a few seconds for the home page to load, but once it
does, I can access my account information and online bill pay without any
problem. Heaven help them if they ever changed their web site so that it
was no longer JAWS accessible.

I am able to login just fine. I did not attempt to reset my password. It
seems they display some fancy animation on about every page. The page
itself loads slow. Then for at least 60 to 90 seconds all I can get to is
the Flash start and end announcements. Just wait a minute or two, then
press Insert + Escape to refresh the window. It then operates normally for
me.

There is just so much stuff in the world that, to me, is devoid of any
real substance, value, and content that I just try to make sure that I am
working on things that matter.

Is anyone having problems with www.chase.com? Specifically, when I try to
reset the password, I get to this page that says flash start, then flash
end and nothing else. No links are present, no other text, nothing, not
even a title. I'm using Jaws 12 latest build with Ie 9. Thanks for any
info.
