And indeed it should work automatically there. Is there anything on the CD that came with it which could help?

In JAWS focus displays are detected automatically and it shows up in the
braille options dialog.
It's Win7.

have you installed the Focus Blue first? through the JAWS  Options |
braille, etc., or the Synthesizer & braille manager. Do you have any other
braille display installed? What Windows OS?

Hi,

In JFW 11, when I load it with a focus blue connected, braille doesn't
work.

I must close JAWS and disconnect and reconnect the braille display and
then
it works.

I'm talking about a JAWS manual startup.

This acurs with boath manual and automatic startup.

It happens on some computers including mine and others I have seen.

Can this problem be solved?
