My local JAWS deeler didn't no what to do. So, I tould them that I'm going to post to this list because the Israeli users as I no can't contact freedom scientific direct support. I no that a lot of users don't have this problem.

I unloaded JAWS v12 and with my shortcut key I loaded JAWS v11 and my Focus 40 Blue loaded correctly. I did not have to unplug the USB and plug it in again. I must close JAWS and disconnect and reconnect the braille display and then it works. I'm talking about a JAWS manual startup. This acurs with boath manual and automatic startup.
