Hello,

You don't have to copy settings if you still have the previous jaws
version from which you wish to transfer settings on the same computer.

Just go to the jaws contextual menus, choose utilities and thereunder,
enter on merge settings.

All settings, regarding eloquence in any event, will be migrated to the
current version.

This continues to work. What you need in addition to this it to copy the

"VoiceProfiles.INI" file. It's located in
systemdrive:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Freedom 
Scientific\JAWS\jaws version\Settings
or in other words, just one levil above the enu folder or your language 
folder.
