Is the question about repairing JAWS or has the subject not been updated? 

I, for one, would appreciate the subject line be referring to the material
in a message.

Steve, you missed my point. Control C and control V don't work in the
download folder. Neither does alt F. If they did, as they should do, they
should work. How can I fix these things so they will work? Jim
