Garry, is this better? you make a good point, and this thread did wander a bit. I did a clean install of jaws and no change to the problem. I still cannot make alt F Control C or Control V work in the download folder in Drive C, that comes with windows 7 home premium. If someone has an idea, and wants to do a tandem session with me, I'm willing. I'll call FS Monday if it doesn't solve by that time. Smile.
