Hi Jim, when you copy and paste a zipped NLS book to a new folder, it is now 
unzipped I believe.
As far as your virtual ribbons, go to the setting center and type virtual 
ribbons, make sure that the box is checked to use virtual ribbons and tab to 
the OK button and press enter.
