Jim, I solved my download folder problem, but don't understand why it works.
I went to the Jim's sub menu on my computer. I arrowed down to the download
folder, and put it on my desk top by creating a short cut to it. So, then, I
went to the desk top, and opened up the folder from there, and all works as
it should. Alt F Control C and Control V all work as they used to do. Why
this worked, I have no idea, but it does, and I'm happy, problem solved. Jim

Hi Jim, when you copy and paste a zipped NLS book to a new folder, it is
now unzipped I believe.
As far as your virtual ribbons, go to the setting center and type virtual
ribbons, make sure that the box is checked to use virtual ribbons and tab
to the OK button and press enter.
