I do not know if you know, but a hot key or short key combination to get to
your different voices is:
the JAWS key plus Control plus S
That will take you to your voices so you can change on the fly from one
voice to another one.

go into the options menu with alt o then down arrow to voices then open
the
submenu with a right arrow then press enter on voice ajustment.
then press alt l then down arrow to the say all profile voice you want
then
tab to ok and press enter.
