I have heard TweetDeck is popular. It is a client for several Social
Networks, allows multiple twitter accounts, and more. Most of the
clients were bought up by twitter and killed. They need more people to
go to their website to see the ads. I guess they will keep finding
slick ways to add it to your stream.
