Hi Gerald,
When I installed IE9 from the windows updates, IE8 was still left on the
computer. I made shortcut keys to each one independently.

How can you have both IE 8 and IE 9 installed on the same computer? Maybe 
that's why JAWS is behaving sluggishly.
