smile just jump on them, hard, they talk nice but are sometimes... stress
the sometimes... lethargic on some points.
though I rarely run into this problem with them, not unless someone really
wants... to get an ear full
I think they have my name on an electronic dart board to throw darts at!
or maybe its a contact sensitive pad so they can chuck there coffee cups at
it in frustration!

Thanks to everyone who answered my question about whether a single user
license could be used on more than one computer. I thought it could and
did know about the 3 activations thing although I confess I hadn't made
the mental equation of 3 activations equals up to 3 computers. I'll need
to check my count since I was down to one after my sound card had to be
replaced a couple weeks ago and the short version is that FS didn't seem
to have increased my count after filling out the online form and
requesting an increase when I had to talk to an FS tech support person
about something else and I'll really need an increase with the new
computer coming soon.
