Hi Mandy. Make sure that you have virtual ribbons turned on. Press ALT+v, for view menu. Arrow down three times to arrangement sub menu. right arrow to open up arrangement sub menu. Arrow down four times to the sort by sub menu and then press the spacebar and arrow down and press enter on the choices that you want. I hope this helps. .
