[JAWS-Users] How to turn on and off type over mode in word 2007

Hello everyone,
I am using latest Jaws 12.0.1170 on a windows XP pro  desktop computer.  In 
word 2007 how do you turn on/off type over mode.  Pressing the insert key does 
not seem to work.
