Yes, windows live 2011 works well.
yes, it handles the Jaws users mailing list just fine.
I receive them in a bundle email.
To quickly go from one message to the next, I do the following.
1. Press insert+control+F, Jaws find.
2. type message followed by a colen, press enter.
3. Down arrow and read that message.
4. Press F3 to jump to next message.
5. repeat steps above until you wrap back to top.
