You can get to disk clean up or defrag by
1 windows key and up to all programs sub menu and
2 right arrow to accessories sub menu anright arrow
3 to system tools and under that is the disk clean up/defrag/restore

If you click on Control Pannel then use first letter navigation, you end up
with a choice called "Performance Tools and Information" which is where Dis
Cleanup is located.
