I did find one interesting thing though. I exited JAWS 13 and loaded JAWS 12 and the E-mail list read perfectly as before. Then I reloaded JAWS 13 and all the issues with the Message list came back. Do the following; 1, open outlook, now press insert+v=jaws quick settings. Now in the edit field type virtual You will hear, virtual ribbon, it will either be checked or unchecked. You want the box checked. Now tab to, Okay button press enter. Now, to find, Navigation pane, reading pane, the to-do-bar, Do the following; While in outlook, Alt+v=view. Now, down arrow until you hear; layout sub menu, here you can press either right arrow to open or, spacebar or the enter key, Here you will find the settings I spoke about.
