Hello there;

Well, I did run into a similar problem with one of my clients.
No matter what we did, her jaws wouldn't update,
So, I turned off the UAC "user account control", and boom, the jaws updated
just fine.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Authorized for an earlier version of this product.

Hello all. I went to authorize Jaws 13 after installing it, and also updated
to the latest jaws now out. I think it's 13.0572 I'm told that my jaws is
authorized for an earlier version of this product, and when i update
authorization it seems to work. Upon restarting Jaws however, I'm confronted
with the same dialogue. I'm running win seven 64 bit Premium also running
JFW professional which I have two upgrades remaining. If anyone can help,
I'd appreciate it greatly.
Thanks,
Siobhan
