Jaws 13 is the only version that caused me a problem with authorization, one
morning I turned it on and it wanted me to authorize it, used my last key
but when I filled in the form I let them know exactly what happened, it was
not a change in computer setting.  

Is anyone else using the latest 13 having a problem when they use the
control backspace or the control delete to delete words?  Mine says blank
instead of the way other versions have worked with the word being deleted
spoken.  This is annoying, not a deal breaker but annoying.

the update to jaws went just fine, but it's the authorization update that's
